Chemical Process Investigations

ChemE Consulting conducts analysis to determine the upset conditions observed in processes including cooling water, mill water and steam/condensate systems.  Chemical analysis is conducted using SEM/EDS and water testing and then evaluated with chemical treatment protocols and testing history to identify the problems and propose remedies.  Laboratory testing and individualized cause and effect studies are used to determine undesired chemical degradation due to chemical component incompatibilities.
